Description
Loading wood into the boiler takes place through the middle door. The middle door is also equipped with a pellet burner hatch, which makes it possible to use this product as a combi boiler by allowing various pellet burners to be added. The boiler design is well thought out. In the upper part of the boiler, the flue gas channels are equipped with flame tubes, which gives the boiler high efficiency and at the same time ensures easy cleaning.
The boiler is insulated with mineral wool and coated with heat-resistant powder paint. The maximum pressure of the boiler is 3 bar and the maximum operating temperature is 90C. Reflector bricks are located at the rear of the boiler to increase combustion efficiency. By adding a pellet, oil, or gas burner to the boiler and adding turbulators to the flame tubes, it is possible to achieve a boiler efficiency of 92%. It is mandatory to use a safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar when connecting the boiler.
