Description
BROEN FULL FLOW
The new BROEN FULL FLOW ball valve is the most flexible model on the market and ensures trouble-free use with both new and existing systems, as the material standards and technologies are identical.
The BROEN FULL FLOW ball valve offers many more possibilities for integrated solutions with unified connection technology and material properties.

Compact Full Flow design
The compact ball valve body offers the best insulation option on the market, meeting the requirements of modern HVAC systems. In cases where the valve is not insulated, a full-flow design can be used.
All systems – one technology
Using the same material throughout the installation ensures a simpler and safer system, as combinations of different materials that may affect each other and cause corrosion are avoided.
Unique valve design
All valves are individually marked with a unique valve number. Information about the valve is on its side. We also test our valves before they leave the factory.
Leak Before Press
All ball valves are leak-tested using “Leak Before Press”, which reduces the risk of leaks.
Seat design
The patented spring-supported seat design ensures optimal tightness, smooth operation, and a long service life.
Marking
Interchangeable markings on the handle ensure easy identification, e.g. for cold and hot water or supply and return.
Handle
The ergonomic handle is specially designed for easy operation. The handle is made of glass-fiber-reinforced nylon and can be installed in either direction without tools.
Stem
All ball valves are available with a short or long stem. The long version is attached to the ball valve as an integrated part, ensuring proper insulation around the stem.
Laser marking
BROEN FULL FLOW ball valves are clearly laser-marked to provide information about size and material. In addition, a color code indicates different materials: green is stainless steel, while red is galvanized steel.
