Description
In the upper door section of the boiler are flue passages with flame tubes. In the lower door section is the pellet combustion chamber with an additional water jacket. Thus, the combustion gases pass through three sections and achieve maximum combustion efficiency and a high efficiency rating.
The set includes a pellet hopper, whose conveying auger ensures automatic pellet feeding.
Pellet ignition is performed automatically by an electric ignition element.
For complete and efficient pellet combustion, a forced-draft fan is used, which always ensures a sufficient amount of combustion air.
The flue gases are directed out of the boiler by means of a flue gas fan, which helps prevent possible backburning.
The boiler operation is controlled by automation, whose input data and settings can be entered from the control panel located at the top of the boiler, to ensure the parameters required for high-quality combustion.
