Description
The boiler design is very well thought out. Wood is loaded into the boiler through the middle door. In the upper part of the boiler, the flue gas passages are equipped with flame tubes, which gives the boiler high efficiency while also ensuring easy cleaning. The rear section of the lower part of the boiler is intended for pellet combustion. Pellet feed into the boiler’s combustion chamber is carried out by a screw conveyor located at the bottom of the hopper. The primary air fan supplies the amount of air required for the pellet combustion process. The boiler is equipped with a flue gas fan.
The boiler is insulated with mineral wool and coated with heat-resistant powder paint. The maximum pressure of the boiler is 2.5 bar and the maximum operating temperature is 90C. Reflectors are located at the rear of the boiler to increase combustion efficiency. By adding turbulators to the boiler’s flame tubes, it is possible to increase the boiler efficiency by 7-10%. It is mandatory to use a safety valve with a pressure of 2.5 bar when connecting the boiler.
