Description
The flue passages with flame tubes are located in the upper door of the boiler. In the lower door there is the pellet combustion chamber together with an additional water jacket. Thus, the combustion gases pass through three sections and achieve maximum combustion efficiency and high efficiency.
The set includes a pellet tank, whose transport auger ensures automatic pellet feeding.
Pellet ignition is performed automatically by an electric igniter.
For complete and efficient pellet combustion, a forced-air fan is used, which always ensures a sufficient amount of combustion air.
Flue gases are removed from the boiler by means of a flue gas fan, which helps prevent possible backburning.
The operation of the boiler is controlled by automation, whose input data and settings can be entered from the control panel at the top of the boiler, to ensure the parameters required for high-quality combustion.
