Bollyterm Home R290 produces hot domestic water thanks to the heat energy naturally present in the air, allowing significant savings in energy costs.

 

The heat pump operates using the ecological R290 gas, which, through compression and expansion, ensures high performance and cost-effectiveness. Energy (heat) is transferred from the air to the water through a condenser coil, avoiding any possible contact with domestic water, thereby ensuring maximum hygiene and safety.

  • Heat can be taken either from room air or from outside air via additional ducting
  • The outgoing air is directed either into the room or outside through additional ducting
  • When using room air, the unit must be installed in an unheated room surrounded by heated rooms
  • If the heat pump is not sufficient for producing domestic hot water, the Bollyterm Home R290 domestic hot water boilers with heat pump are equipped with a 1500W ceramic electric heating element
