Maintaining the correct boiler temperature and rapidly increasing the temperature in the boiler when the fire is lit significantly reduces boiler corrosion and soot buildup, because the condensate formation time during ignition is very short. The use of a mixing unit also helps prevent microcracks and, as a result, boiler failure, which can be caused by excessively cold water returning to the boiler.
