Description
In the upper door section of the boiler, there are flue passages with flame tubes. In the lower door section, there is the pellet combustion chamber with an additional water jacket. Thus, the combustion gases pass through three sections and achieve maximum combustion efficiency and a high level of performance.
The set includes a pellet tank, whose conveyor screw ensures automatic pellet feeding.
Pellet ignition is carried out automatically by means of an electric ignition element.
For complete and efficient combustion of the pellets, a forced-air fan is used, which always ensures a sufficient amount of combustion air.
The flue gases are led out of the boiler by means of a flue gas fan, which helps prevent possible backburning.
The boiler operation is controlled by automation, whose input data and settings can be entered from the control panel located on the top of the boiler to ensure the parameters required for high-quality combustion.
