Description
Loading wood into the boiler takes place through the middle door. The middle door is also equipped with a pellet burner hatch, which makes it possible to use this product as a combination boiler by adding various pellet burners. The boiler design is very well thought out. In the upper part of the boiler, the flue gas passages are fitted with flame tubes, which gives the boiler high efficiency while also ensuring easy cleaning.
The boiler is insulated with mineral wool and covered with heat-resistant powder coating. The boiler’s maximum pressure is 3 bar and the maximum operating temperature is 90C. Reflector bricks are located at the rear of the boiler to increase combustion efficiency. By adding a pellet, oil, or gas burner to the boiler and installing turbulators in the flame tubes, it is possible to achieve a boiler efficiency of 92%. It is mandatory to use a safety valve with a pressure of 3 bar when connecting the boiler.
