To further accelerate circulation, the convection fins are welded directly into the water channels, not between them, thereby ensuring a more direct connection. This improves thermal conductivity, output and response speed
IMAS radiators have a large surface area, so they are able to provide high heat output even at lower temperature settings – greater efficiency and lower heating bills
IMAS radiators have a unique design that includes 25 mm water channels. Reduced dry channel design also creates greater water speed, accelerating heat transfer and therefore up to 17% more metal comes into contact with water. This allows the radiators to heat up faster, ensuring a quicker response to thermostat setting changes. The result is faster radiator warm-up at lower cost.
The multi-stage and environmentally friendly painting process extends the product’s service life and gives it a stylish appearance:
- hot degreasing and hot zinc-manganese alkaline phosphating
- water-based primer paint (heated at 130°C)
- epoxy polyester – powder coating (heated at 180°C)
The wide product range ensures suitability for all use cases

Description

IMAS radiators have smaller water channels and more convection fins, which allows them to heat rooms quickly and keep them reliably at a constant level. In terms of total heat output, IMAS radiators deliver up to 10% more heat, so rooms warm up faster. Studies show that after five minutes, the surface temperature of IMAS radiators is up to 10 degrees higher than that of other radiators – the faster radiators heat up, the faster the heated air can start circulating. Since this accounts for approximately 75–80% of radiator heat, it is crucial.
