Description
Aluminum radiators are intended for use in closed heating systems. The radiators can be connected with pipe fittings made of copper and its alloys, steel, and plastic. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor. To increase heat output, aluminum radiators have profiled air inlet and outlet openings. The radiators are manufactured from high-quality aluminum and silicon alloy using the die-casting method.
The outer surface of the radiator is finished in 3 stages: first, an anti-corrosion layer is applied to the outer surface of the radiator, then the radiator is painted, and after painting the finishing coat is applied [RAL 9016].
Aluminum radiators are manufactured at the factory in sections consisting of elements that are connected to each other with steel connecting links and sealed with gaskets. Depending on the need, each set can be assembled according to individual preferences from a different number of sections.
Aluminum radiators are connected to the heating system with side connections. It is recommended to use them together with thermostats that allow the room temperature to be regulated.
