Description
The integrated convection fan distributes warm air throughout the house. The best result is achieved when the pellet fireplace is located in the central part of the house’s ground floor. The room temperature can be easily set on the control panel. When using the thermostat, the pellet fireplace ignites and extinguishes automatically when the set temperature is reached. To fill the fireplace with pellets, the hatch under the upper panel of the fireplace must be opened. Thanks to the large hopper, the fireplace needs to be refilled infrequently.
The fill device hatches and the door have safety switches. In addition to the switches, two safety thermostats are installed in the safety casing to prevent overheating and flame backflow.
NB! If your home does not have a chimney, the Mysinge fireplace can also be installed without one. This is made possible by the “Arrow” solution, which is a fan-assisted exhaust pipe led out through the wall. That is why KMP fireplaces are called chimneyless fireplaces.
Description of the “Arrow” solution:
The system’s operation is based on the fact that the built-in fan creates negative pressure in the casing depending on how much air is needed for combustion. The hot flue gases drawn from the combustion chamber through the convection pipes and flue gas pipe are mixed with outside air entering through openings in the sides of the casing. In this way, the mixed flue gases cool to an extremely low temperature before being released into the open air. The controlled combustion of the pellet fireplace produces very little visible or noticeable smoke. Smoke can be seen and smelled only for a very limited time during start-up and shutdown (usually less than 1 minute). To prevent smoke from entering the room, the wall fan should be located away from fresh air inlets, doors, or opening windows (the exact minimum distances are specified in the user and installation manual.)
