CALPEX PUR-KING is a very energy-efficient pre-insulated flexible pipe with patented insulation material thermal conductivity of only λ 0.0199 W/mK.

 

Low-temperature pipe system. The patented CALPEX PUR-KING UNO with PEX-a carrier pipe is a flexible, continuous and self-compensating low-temperature pipe system:

Description

The flexible and self-compensating pipe system is suitable for use at low temperatures and in local and district heating networks. CALPEX pipe is an insulated underground pipe made of durable materials that are optimally designed for a long service life in the ground – the carrier pipe is made of PEXa and has excellent thermal and mechanical properties. The outer jacket is made of LDPE-PE[A1]. The insulation material is polyurethane (PUR foam), with a thermal conductivity of just 0.0199 watts per meter and Kelvin – at an average measured temperature of 50°C. The factories are located in Germany and Switzerland.
