BRUGG Pipes’ innovative low-temperature FLEXSTAR system is a pre-insulated pipe system that offers maximum flexibility and stability for heat pumps or local heating networks (with a patented manufacturing process).

Wide range of applications:

• Heat pumps (air-to-water heat pumps)

• Heat transfer to individual buildings or buildings undergoing renovation

• Pipe type: low-temperature composite system with longitudinal watertightness according to DIN EN 15632-2
• Operating temperature: suitable up to max 95 °C
• Operating pressure: PN 6
• Dimensions: UNO DN 20–50
• Carrier pipe: PE-Xa complies with DIN 16892/93, EVOH oxygen diffusion barrier according to DIN 4726
• Outer jacket: corrugated pipe, anthracite, LLD-PE for greater flexibility
• Insulation: polyurethane (PUR)
