Description
Housing: made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), durable, lightweight, and reliable. The material can bear significant loads without deforming. It is not affected by grease, oil, crude oil, or most chemicals. It has excellent sound insulation properties, which is why it is used in housings; the material is environmentally friendly and “green”, meaning 100% recyclable.
Air deflector: made of polypropylene PP. The air deflector can be manually adjusted to achieve the required air flow direction. Heating coil: made of aluminum and copper. Heating medium temperature is 120 °C; maximum pressure 1.6 MPa; manifold diameter ¾ inch. Depending on the air heater model, there are 1, 2, or 3 heating coils.
Axial fan: protective grille made of galvanized steel wire, metal blades. The motor has protection class IP 54. Rated current 0.54–1.08 A. Single-phase unit, 3-speed fan. The HC20-3S, HC30-3S, HC35-3S, and HC45-3S air heaters have fans with a diameter of 400 mm. The HC50-3S and HC70-3S air heaters have fans with a diameter of 450 mm. Adjustable holder: steel element for mounting the unit on a wall or ceiling. Strong and durable construction, the air heater can be installed parallel at a 60° angle. Can be rotated horizontally.
