CALPEX PUR-KING is a highly energy-efficient pre-insulated flexible pipe with a patented insulation material thermal conductivity of just λ 0.0199 W/mK.

 

The patented CALPEX PUR-KING ALU DUO with two PEX-c multilayer carrier pipes is a flexible, continuous and self-compensating low-temperature pipe system:

  • operating temperature: Max. 95°C (fluctuating)
  • working pressure: PN 10
  • sizes: DUO Ø 20/25/32/40 mm

Description

The flexible and self-compensating pipe system is suitable for use at low temperatures and for use in local and district heating networks. The CALPEX pipe is an insulated underground pipe made of durable materials that are optimally designed for long service life in soil – the carrier pipe is made of PEXa and has excellent thermal and mechanical properties. The outer jacket is made of LDPE-PE[A1]. The insulation material is polyurethane (PUR foam), with a thermal conductivity of only 0.0199 watts per meter and Kelvin – at an average measured temperature of 50°C. The factories are located in Germany and Switzerland.
