Description
IMAS radiators have smaller water channels and more convection fins, which allows them to heat rooms quickly and maintain them reliably at a constant level. In terms of total heat output, IMAS radiators deliver up to 10% more heat, so rooms warm up faster.
Studies show that after five minutes, the surface temperature of IMAS radiators is up to 10 degrees higher than that of other radiators – the faster radiators heat up, the sooner the warming air can begin to circulate. Since this accounts for approximately 75–80% of radiator heat, it is extremely important.

- Cold-rolled sheet steel meets the requirements of DIN 1623 (chemical composition, mechanical properties and controlled tolerances)
- To further accelerate circulation, the convection fins are welded directly to the water channels rather than between them, ensuring a more direct connection. This improves heat conduction, output and response speed
- IMAS radiators have a large surface area, so they are able to provide high heat output even at lower temperature settings – higher efficiency and lower heating bills
- IMAS radiators have a unique design that includes 25 mm water channels. The reduced dry channel design also creates greater water velocity, speeding up heat transfer and therefore up to 17% more metal comes into contact with water. This allows the radiators to heat up faster, ensuring a quicker response to changes in thermostat settings. The result is a faster radiator warm-up at lower cost.
