Description

The rotating combustion chamber of the automatic Venma COMFORT S series pellet burner prevents the accumulation of combustion residues in the combustion chamber during burner operation, as the combustion chamber rotates while the burner is running, as a result of which the pellet ash is removed from the combustion chamber automatically.
The Venma COMFORT S series pellet burner can be installed on various types of boilers – solid fuel, pellet, gas and oil boilers. For this, the combustion chambers of these boilers must be sufficiently large to provide space for the ash produced during pellet combustion.
With safety automation, the burner stops fuel supply in the event of overheating or a flame fault. In the event of a power outage, the fuel supply stops automatically, thereby preventing damage to the burner and other equipment. After the power is restored, the burner starts automatically.
The pellet burner is equipped with the Estonian-language ST-976K touch screen control unit, which allows changing operating modes/parameters, and the automation can be connected to a room temperature sensor and an outdoor air temperature sensor. The control unit also allows controlling the operation of heating and domestic hot water pumps and the mixing unit.
With the RS WiFi module (available as an extra), it is possible to monitor and configure the burner operation over the internet via remote service.
The accompanying introductory video gives a good overview of the burner’s operating principle:
